Commercial Manager Timber Frame Housing
£40,000 to £55,000 & Package Kent, South East Senior Commercial Manager role within a growing timber frame housing company with secure long term workloads in public sector housing. The company have a unique whole house solution that is proving highly attractive to Housing Associations and highly suitable for achieving code for sustainable homes standards. We are seeking an experienced Manager to manage the contractual and financial aspects of ongoing residential housing and apartments projects. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior management team, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of projects: with an overview of estimating and project management. This includes all front end activities, preparation of quotations, collection and preparation of design information through to final account. Generally, the job role will be focused into pre-acceptance input, immediate post acceptance activities, cost control monitoring up to final account and debt collection. On-going dialogue will be required at all levels with both client and internal departments. The successful candidates remit includes face to face meetings with clients at a strategic level to ensure development of close client relations and commercial management during a project's lifespan. A commitment to travelling is necessary including overnight visits Excellent prospects to grow with this young, well supported company. |
